About Us
Hi! Welcome to Hungry Monkey, we are a street food catering company serving local produce based in the South West and Midlands. Low food miles and being environmentally friendly are an essential with us, that’s why you wont find us serving anything in plastic or non-recyclable containers.
Chris has over 14 years experience of cooking as a chef, working in kitchens of up to two Michelin stars, he enjoys cooking with big flavours and top quality ingredients. He is keen to work with local farmers and producers to create dishes that are punchy in flavour and soft on the eco system.
Hayley has specialised in managing events for over 12 years, particularly weddings, she enjoys working with new people to turn their dreams into reality and ensure their event runs perfectly smooth from start to finish.
Hungry Monkey is all about creating your perfect event, with an added primal touch. None of our food is cooked with gas or electricity, we use burning coals and embers to create a unique flavour and experience you will only find with us. All of our BBQ’s and smokers are made from recycled oil drums and beer barrels with our stall made from up-cycled pallets. We are keen to create the event that you want with the menu you desire.
