In the event of cancellation deposits are non refundable.

All dietary requirements and allergies are to be confirmed no later than two weeks prior to your event.

In the event of an extraordinary occurrence which could not be foreseen to include: extreme weather conditions, government actions, war, terrorism, riots, strikes, epidemics or pandemics, and acts of God.

Should a Force Majeure event take place the cancellation policy will longer apply, there will be no refund entitlement and the cancellation terms are null and void. An alternative date can be discussed should this occur however this will depend on availability.

Upon enquiry our full liability insurance terms will be discussed with you.
